Ancient Beers with Dr. Patrick McGovern

Dr. Patrick McGovern, one of the world's leading experts in ancient beverages, will be speaking about his research and aid in the creation of Dogfish Head's Ancient Ale series.  Directly after his speech, Philly Homebrew Club will be serving samples of each of the Ancient Ales including Midas Touch, Chateau Jiahu, Theobroma, Ta Henket, and Birra Etrusca Bronze.  The first hundred signups will recieve a commemorative Philly Homebrew glass.
